They seem like they were well-crafted, though I was I was looking for boots that were geared more towards winter function rather than fashion. They were very comfortable around the house but I returned them because they didn't seems like they would hold up to New England winter city commuting. They didn't seem very well insulated, but I can't honestly attest either way... I'm sure they would be great for running errands and everyday bustling. They are lightweight and cozy, just not what I was looking for.
