5’8” 150lbs. M fits nicely although a little larger than standard vests. Yellow gets lots of compliments…Got this as a gift for my fiancé and he loves it. I got him the XL. He’s tall and has a solid build and the XL fits him very well. He loves his vest and is quite comfortable in it.Casual wear but my large could probably be a better fit with a M size. Arm slot were oversized. Pockets are shallow and basically useless.Looks used to me though I ordered new.
